JUDITH A. GREEN
Judith Ann Green, 58, of Shermans Dale died Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2002 at home.
Surviving are her husband, William Green; her mother, Betty Spence of Downingtown; three sons, Ronald Mock of Carroltown, David Mock of Richmond, Va., and William Green of Newport; two daughters, Deborah Rhoades of Altoona and Tina Kern of Duncansville; three brothers, James Winters, John Winters and Willy Spence, and two sisters, Betty Jo Thompson, Jeannie Biddle, all of Downingtown; and 15 grandchildren.
Burial was in Carson Valley Cemetery.

PAMELA M. KRONE
Pamela M. Krone, 41, of Middle Ridge Road, Newport, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002 at home.
She was born Aug. 8, 1961 in Harrisburg.
She was a loan officer with First National Bank of Newport; a 1979 graduate of Cedar Cliff High School; treasurer, driver and EMT for Newport Ambulance League and a member of Newport Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary; and enjoyed flowers and gardening.
Surviving are her husband, Mark W. Krone; a son, Andrew Book, and two daughters, Jennifer Book and Shannon Book, all at home; her parents, Robert and Patti Herr McCreary of Camp Hill; a brother, Brett McCreary, and a sister, Kelly Losh, both of Camp Hill; maternal grandmother, Mary P. Oberman of Florida; and her mother- and father-in-law, Earl and Elaine Krone of Ickesburg.
Services were held Sept. 24 in Highland Presbyterian Church, Newport, with John Briggs officiating. Burial was in Newport Cemetery.

HENRY E. MILLIGAN
Henry E. Ernie Milligan, 75, of Rock Hollow Road, Loysville, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2002 in Harrisburg Hospital.
He was born Jan. 18, 1927 at Loysville RR 1 to the late Van B. and Jean (Ernest) Milligan.
He was a retired farmer, and a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Loysville RR 1, Blain Fire Company and Blain Ambulance Club.
Surviving are his wife, Doris F. Rohm Milligan; two daughters, Tammy E. Milligan of Loysville and Denise S. Jones of Shermans Dale; seven sisters, Jeannette Albright of Landisburg, Minnie Shull of Carrolton, Mo., Marietta Shields of Mechanicsburg, and Edna Clark, Esther Smith, Martha Loy and Florence Emlet, all of Loysville; three brothers, Richard E. of Carlisle, and Robert V. and Edwin C., both of Loysville; a granddaughter, Stacy N. Casale of Carlisle; and two great-grandchildren, Daimon A. Casale and Torrin L. Casale, both of Carlisle.
Services were held Sept. 18 in his church with the Rev. Richard D. Schoenly officiating. Burial was in Blain Cemetery.

JOHN PATRICK NEAL
John Patrick Neal, infant son of Patrick J. and Lisa M. Smith Neal of New Cumberland, died Thursday, Sept. 12, 2002 in Hershey Medical Center.
In addition to his parents, surviving are his paternal grandparents, Stephen and Pauline Neal of Camp Hill; maternal grandparents, Jay and Vivian Smith of Lewisberry; paternal great-grandmothers, Florence Rice of New Bloomfield and Ruth Neal of Mansfield; maternal great-grandmother, Gladys Brown of Mechanicsburg; maternal great-great-grandmother, Mae Williams of Gettysburg; and four aunts, Andrea Campbell of Lewisberry, Alison Shaffer of Robeling, N.J., Julie Smith of New Cumberland and Jennifer Maugans of Etters.

ELWOOD H. BRUBECK SR.
Elwood H. Brubeck Sr. 84, of Marysville died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2002 at home.
He was a retired Army master sergeant and a civil service employee at New Cumberland Army Depot and Naval Supply Depot, Mechanicsburg; an Army veteran of World War II; and a member of Bethany United Methodist Church and VFW Post 882, both of Marysville, and NARFE 1465.
He was the widower of Elizabeth Brubeck.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret E. Dideum Brubeck; a son, Elwood H. Jr. of Marysville; a daughter, Elizabeth Pauline Taylor of Harrisburg; a stepdaughter, Karen E. Henry of Camp Hill; three stepsons, Richard A. Collins of Chambersburg, James M. Collins of Hagerstown, Md., and Larry E. Collins II of Etters; a brother, William E., and two sisters, Margaret P. Childress and Janet Brubeck, all of Moffatts Creek, Va.; five grandchildren; and numerous stepgrandchildren, great-grandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Joyce J. Brubeck.
Services were held Sept. 25 in his church. Burial was in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Camp Hill.

PAUL S. LIGHTNER
Paul S. Lightner, 68, of Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Fox Hollow Road, Shermans Dale, died Thursday, Sept. 19, 2002 in the center.
He was born Aug. 14, 1934 in Carlisle to the late Paul C. and Beulah (Smith) Lightner.
He retired in 1997 as a machine operator at the former C.H. Masland and Sons, Carlisle, after 30 years, and served in the Army.
He was the widower of Esther R. Ford Lightner.
Surviving are a brother, Donald Q. of Marysville; two stepdaughters, Roxanne Paulus Deihl of Shermans Dale and Patricia A. Shatto of New Bloomfield; four stepgrandchildren; and five stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen D., who died in 1985.
Services were held Sept. 23 in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, Carlisle, with the Rev. Harold A. Bolyard officiating. Burial, with military honors, was in Westminster Cemetery, Carlisle.

ROZENNA SCHREIBER
Rozenna Schreiber, 85, of Duncannon died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002 at Kinkora Pythian Home, Duncannon.
She was born Dec. 3, 1916 in West Fairview to the late Joseph and Rosie (Davis) Lilley.
She was retired from Carlisle Tire and Rubber Co. and a member of St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Newport.
She was the widow of Paul B. Schreiber.
Surviving are two brothers, Joseph Lilley of Highspire and Sylvester Lilley of Grantville; six sisters, Frances Hagenberger of Highspire, Nancy Seigle and Rosie Edmonson, both of Harrisburg, May Howell and Edith Williamson, both of Newport, and Myrtle Leinaweaver of Duncannon.
Services were held Sept. 24 in Smith Funeral Home, Duncannon, with the Rev. Irene Friberg-Dussaq officiating. Burial was in Newport Cemetery.

FAY J. GARMAN
Fay J. Garman, 56, of Briner Road, Elliottsburg, and formerly of Loysville RR 1, died Sunday, Sept. 15, 2002 in Harrisburg Hospital.
She was born June 8, 1946 at Loysville RR 1 to the late Clair H. and Della I. (Kiner) Kessler.
She had worked at P.R. Hoffman Crystal Plant, Carlisle; had attended St. Pauls Lutheran Church, Loysville RR 1; and a member of Landisburg Fire Company and Landisburg Ambulance Club.
She was the widow of Frank C. Henry, who died May 1, 1993.
Surviving are her husband, LeRoy P. Garman; a sister, Ruth Jumper of Carlisle; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held Sept. 19 in Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. Malcolm Martin officiating. Burial was in St. Pauls Lutheran Cemetery, Loysville RR 1.
SARAH M. BENNER
Sarah M. Benner, 79, of Berryhill Street, Harrisburg, formerly of Liverpool, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002 at ManorCare Health Services, King Russ Road.
She was born Jan. 9, 1923 at Pennsville, N.J.
She attended Calvary Baptist Church, Harrisburg.
She was the widow of Hayes W. Benner, who died in April of 1980.
Surviving are three daughters, Sarah E. Benner and Geraldine Stump, both of Harrisburg, and Rose Marie of New Jersey; two sons, Hayes E. of Dillsburg and Larry E. of Newport; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 24 in Garman Funeral Home, Liverpool. Burial was in Aline Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant Mills RR 1.
LLOYD KRICK
Lloyd Jake Krick, 85, of Jefferson Street, Duncannon, died Friday, Sept. 20, 2002 at home.
He was born Aug. 11, 1917 in Penn Twp. to the late Harry and Emma (Reed) Krick.
He was a retired contractor and a member of Logania Church of God, Duncannon, and Newport Loyal Order of Moose.
He was the widower of Miriam Spease Krick.
Surviving are a son, Samuel W. of Duncannon; a foster daughter, Mildred Stine Levine of Harrisburg; a brother, Mervin of Duncannon; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Harry S.

THELMA I. WALLER
Thelma I. Waller, 80, of Loysville RR 1 died Monday, Sept. 16, 2002 at home.
She was born Sept. 2, 1922 at Loysville RR 1 to the late John L. and Hester (Reisinger) Barnes.
She was a retired telephone operator at a state hospital in Connecticut; a member of Sandy Hill United Church of Christ, Loysville RR 1, Blain Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Blain Ambulance Club and Blain Senior Citizens Center.
She was the widow of George R. Waller.
Surviving are two brothers, John R. Barnes of Millerstown and Larry K. Barnes of Newport; two sisters, Ethel Weibley of Loysville and Betty L. Wingert of Liverpool; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held Sept. 23 in Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. E. Levain Fouse officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Wheatfield, Conn.

NORMAN L. WEYANT
Norman L. Weyant, 58, of New Bloomfield died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2002 at home.
He was born Jan. 10, 1944 in Steelton to the late Albert and Nioma (Conrad) Weyant.
He was employed at Rohrer Bus Service, Duncannon; attended Roseglen Brethren in Christ Church; and a member of Middletown Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 410 and Duncannon American Legion Post 340.
Surviving is his wife, Mary Dolly Mullen Weyant; a son, R. Kenneth Mullen of Duncannon; two daughters, Barbara J. May of Duncannon and Michelle M. Donicker of Enola; four brothers, Thomas of Middletown, Samuel of Hanover, Albert of New Bloomfield and David of Summerdale; seven sisters, Ruth Carricato, Pearl Kope, Jenny Martin and Emma Scheiber, all of Steeton, Lillian Mixell of Harrisburg, and Helen Anthony and Barbara Barrett, both of Enola; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 23 in Roseglen Brethren in Christ Church with the Rev. William Baublitz officiating. Burial was in Union Cemetery, Duncannon.

HELEN R. WILSON
Helen R. Wilson, 86, formerly of N. Market Street, Millerstown, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002 in Zendt Nursing Home, Richfield.
She was born March 28, 1916 in Juniata County to the late Harry Sr. and Bertha (Prye) Dreese.
She had been self-employed in cleaning her church and private homes in Millerstown; attended Locust Grove grammar school; and a member of Millerstown United Methodist Church and Millerstown Civic Club.
Surviving are a son, Richard L. of Liverpool RR 2; a brother, Harry Dreese Jr. of Port Royal; a sister, Betty Dressler of Mechanicsburg; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held Sept. 25 in her church with the Revs. Daniel H. Jordan, Delores Strawser and Roger L. Womer officiating. Burial was in Riverview Cemetery, Millerstown.
